The game begins with Link having a nightmare. **AUTHOR’S NOTE: while no one can not add to the story, edits to shorten, fix, and make the story more readable are welcome** This is a complete summary of it entirely. While the plot for OoTR is mostly the same, there are some major changes.
There are now 120 golden skulltulas, and there is also another reward for killing 30, the spider tracker. There is also the White Tunic, which protects Link from freezing to death in freezing areas, such as Kori Mountain Ascent. For adult Link there is the Loft-feathered Fan, The Magic Glider, Water Bombs, and the Magic Rod. New items are added, including for child Link, the Magic Leaf. There are also optional side quest dungeons. New dungeons are added, including the Tower of the Winds, the Drained Resivor, Kaze Caves, the Wind Temple, and the Snow Temple.
A fourth spiritual stone is added, along with two new sages, Wind and Snow. New areas are added for the game, such as Kaztop Plains, the Kori Mountains, and Gerudo Town. The game now has a quest log, tracking side quests and story quests. A bestiary has been added, cataloguing different enemies that Link defeats, along with lore of areas Link goes to.
The Field is around the size of Twilight Princess’. In the Child Era, Link can talk to a character named Ramsel, who can take Link to different parts of the Field quickly. Hyrule Field is made bigger, and has more interaction involved with it, such as small villages.
